Genuine Era uses the details you submit—your name, contact information and project details—to respond to your enquiry and manage prospective work. Enquiries are stored securely on our hosting account and sent to our business email. Access is restricted to authorised administrators and providers needed to operate these services.
We use essential session cookies for form security and the administrator login. Your advertising choice is stored in your browser. If you accept advertising cookies, Meta Pixel sends page views and an event when your enquiry is accepted to Meta, to measure advertising performance. Meta may receive information such as your IP address, browser and page URL and process it according to its own privacy policy. We do not send your form message, name, email or phone through our Pixel implementation. Automatic advanced matching is disabled.
Advertising tracking stays off unless you accept it. You can change your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Declining does not stop you using the site or enquiry form. Meta may process information overseas.
We keep enquiry details while needed to respond and manage business records. To request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email info@genuineera.com.au. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in the enquiry form.
